Sonia is the Chief Operating Officer and is in her 13th year at Osborne Partners.  As the Chief Operating Officer and a Principal, Sonia manages the Wealth Counselor and Client Service Specialist teams. Additionally she oversees the firm’s operating budget, and constantly analyzes the firm operating metrics to improve the overall client experience.  Previously she managed development at Strive for College Collaborative.  Sonia graduated from Santa Clara University with both a double major in Business Management and Spanish Studies and a minor in International Business. She also holds the Series 65 license.
