Justin is the Chief Investment Officer for Osborne Partners, and has over 25 years of experience. Justin is a member of the Osborne Partners Investment Management Team, and became a principal of the firm in 2000. Previously, he was with Wells Fargo Asset Management. At Wells, Mr. McNichols was head of equity research, and a member of the national growth equity team. Additionally, he managed over $1 billion in separate account and mutual fund assets. Justin is a member of CFA Society San Francisco and CFA Institute. Justin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in three years and a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of California at Irvine. Additionally, he is a CFA Charterholder.

Sonia Von Berg

Sonia is the Chief Operating Officer and is in her 15th year at Osborne Partners. As the Chief Operating Officer and a Principal, Sonia manages the Wealth Counselor and Client Service Specialist teams. Additionally she oversees the firm’s operating budget, and constantly analyzes the firm operating metrics to improve the overall client experience. Previously she managed development at Strive for College Collaborative. Sonia graduated from Santa Clara University with both a double major in Business Management and Spanish Studies and a minor in International Business. She also holds the Series 65 license.

Chuck Else

Chuck is a Principal and has nearly 30 years of wealth management experience, including the past 19 years at Osborne Partners. His responsibilities include business development, marketing and client service. In addition, he serves as a client liaison to Osborne Partners’ Investment Management team. Chuck has previously been a Managing Director with S&Y Asset Mgmt LLC in San Francisco. Chuck holds a B.S. in Business Administration & International Finance from the University of Vermont.

Christy Fabian

Christy is a Chief Compliance Officer with Dinsmore Compliance Services. She has over 15 years of financial services industry experience. Previously, Christy was the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Human Resource Officer at Fidelis Capital Partners, in Tampa, Florida. She earned a BA from Penn State University and a MBA from Saint Leo University. Christy currently holds her FINRA Series 65 registration and previously held her FINRA Series 7, 63, 99, 9 & 10 registrations.
